1. By pets we mean cats and dogs (up to 3 kg).
2. Accommodation with cats and dogs is allowed only if the owners have: passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with all vaccinations. The certificate must be issued no more than a week before the expected arrival.
3. By arrival to the hotel guest is obligated to read the rules of accommodation with pets and sign it.
4. For a cat or a dog is provided additional charge — 150 RUB\day.
5. By accommodation with a pet, guest must pay a deposit of RUB 2,000 for possible risks of hotel property damage. If there is no damage at the departure, the guest gets his deposit back. In case of deeper damages guest is obliged to pay additional funds to cover the cost of repairs or the purchase of inventory.
6. To accommodate small animals the guest must have cells or bags, a special container or a toilet. For cats should be a special tray.
7. Guest must bring their own special bedding for animals. The animal should not sleep on a bed.
8. You cannot lead or bring your pet in the cafe or kitchen-dining room. Feeding the animals from the hotel and cafe dishes is strictly prohibited.
9. On site of the hotel pets may be allowed only with muzzle, a collar and a leash.
10. Housekeeping is conducted in the absence of animal or when the animal is in a closed cage in the presence of the owner.
11. It’s prohibited to wash animals in the shower room, to use for drying towels and sheets belonging to the hotel.
13. It’s prohibited to leave the animals on site of the hotel unattended.
Our hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the guest if
- the rules of residence are violated
- the pet behaves noisily, aggressively , inadequately .
